Yes. The agent says at the start that it is an AI assistant and can hand the conversation to a person.
Are calls recorded?
Recording is only switched on after the caller is told, and as agreed with you. Details are in the privacy policy.
Who owns the website and the domain?
We settle the rules for the domain and the content in the agreement, before the start.
How long does setup take?
We agree a schedule after the demo and once we have your materials. The aim is a quick start, not a long project.
Can I cancel?
Site care and the agent are monthly subscriptions. We state the cancellation terms in the offer before you buy.
