2. What data we collect
Through the demo form we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, trade and the content of your message. The server also processes technical data such as the IP address in hosting logs. This website does not set cookies and has no tracking or analytics scripts.
3. Why and on what basis
To reply to your enquiry and prepare an offer, at your request before an agreement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). To contact businesses about our offer and to establish or defend claims, based on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Who receives the data
Service providers that host the website and deliver email, currently Vercel, Resend and Cloudflare. They may process data outside the European Economic Area using safeguards provided for in the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses.
5. How long we keep it
Up to 12 months after the last contact. If an agreement is concluded, for as long as the law requires.
6. Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and data portability, and you can object to processing. You can also complain to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
7. AI agents used by our clients
When you speak to an AI agent of one of our clients, that client is the controller of your data and Qubipro acts as its processor under a data processing agreement.
