Know a local business that loses calls or has no good website? Recommend Qubipro and earn a commission on every customer who signs up.

Who it is for

Anyone local business owners already trust.

How it works

  1. Apply below. We reply within a few working days and give you a partner code.

  2. Share your link, for example qubipro.com/en?ref=YOURCODE. The code stays in the address while a visitor browses and is saved with their request. We use no cookies.

  3. When a business you recommended becomes a paying customer, we credit you.

  4. Each month we send a statement. You invoice us and we pay by bank transfer.

What you earn

One time bounty

10% of the website build price, paid once the first payment has cleared and the 30 day refund window has ended.

Monthly share

20% of the customer's monthly fees (site care and AI agent) for 12 months.

Top partner rate

From 5 active paying customers you referred, the monthly share rises to 25%.

Example

A business buys a website (1 500 zl), site care and an AI agent (398 zl a month). You earn 150 zl once, plus 80 zl a month for 12 months: 1 110 zl in the first year. As a top partner: 1 350 zl.

Amounts are in PLN, net of VAT. Commission is calculated on what the customer actually paid.

Program terms

1. Who can take part

The program is open to businesses, including sole traders, that can issue an invoice. Commission is paid only against an invoice from the partner's registered business, with VAT where it applies. We cannot pay private individuals at this time.

2. Crediting a referral

A referral counts when the business's request contains your partner code, or your name as the person who recommended us. It stays credited to you for 90 days from the first request. A business that is already our customer or already in talks with us does not count. Partners cannot refer themselves or businesses they own.

3. When commission is earned

Commission is earned on payments the customer actually made and that were not refunded. The bounty is paid after the first payment and the 30 day refund window. The monthly share runs for 12 months from the customer's first payment.

4. Top partner rate

The higher rate applies in every month in which you have at least 5 active paying customers you referred. In a month with fewer, the rate goes back to 20%.

5. Statements and payment

We send a statement each month. You invoice us for the amount on it, and we pay by bank transfer within 14 days of receiving a correct invoice, once the balance reaches 200 zl. A smaller balance carries over to the next month.

6. Refunds

If a customer's payment is refunded or charged back, the matching commission is reversed and set off against later payments.

7. Honest promotion

Say clearly that you earn a commission when you recommend Qubipro. Do not message or call people who have not agreed to hear from you. Do not make claims about Qubipro that we have not published, do not post fake reviews, and do not use our name or logo as if you were Qubipro. Our AI agents always introduce themselves as AI.

8. Taxes

Partners are responsible for their own taxes and contributions. Amounts are net of VAT.

9. Changes and ending

We may change these terms or end the program with 30 days notice. Changes apply to customers who sign up after the change, and commission already earned stays payable. We may remove a partner who breaks these terms, and commission obtained by breaking them is not owed.

10. Data

We process your application to run the program, see the privacy policy. Do not send us personal data of the businesses you refer: they give us their own details.
